Thanks, Carlo. sigh. known issue with desire ROM. do not know why just yet. just a bug. my guess is the ROM is looking for some type of verification its not getting from the nexus. switch back to stock if its an issue until it is fixed. or just shorten your messages and send in 160 char. bursts. SEARCH the forum. Its been mentioned at least 20 times in the main desire thread. im a newb and this is annoying.
