I'm new to HTC rooting and such, will this work? http://www.knowyourcell.com/htc/htc-desire...htc_desire.html This is the same method which is used to root Google Nexus One, You can give it a try if that works but they haven't given a way to flash the Custom Recovery Image, I don't know whether the way of flashing the Recovery Image is the same as Nexus One or not.
