Internet from PC to Omnia

Hello everyone. I have a question. I currently have a Omnia i910 with PagePlus service. Therefore I pay for data per min or kb (as needed).

However, at home I have high speed internet on my PC. (FYI my PC does not have WiFi built in.)

Is there a way then, using the usb cable from PC to my phone, to access the high speed Internet from my computer on my phone? That way I can download updates, etc. directly on my phone. Its basicly reverse of what most people would want when they "tether" their phone.
