Guest Dr. dre Posted March 24, 2010 Report Posted March 24, 2010 hi is there any way to stop the screen from vibrating when answering a call I have disabled it in feed back when typing but every time i answer a call it vibrates against my face mifran Are you talking about the vibration which happens when you make a call and the other party picks up the call then it vibrates as an indication that the call has been answered.
Guest deeone Posted March 24, 2010 Report Posted March 24, 2010 I don't think there's a way to stop that kind of vibration. It's made to keep you away from unnecessary radio waves. Just keep the phone in your hand, when it vibrates, it's telling you "pick it up" when you're making a call :)
Guest Need_A_Username Posted March 24, 2010 Report Posted March 24, 2010 I think I know what he means. I have the same when someone calls me. They call me. I press the answer button and put the phone against my ear, and then suddenly the phone vibrates. Don't know if it's this that you mean mifran?

Guest Ebartolon Posted March 25, 2010 Report Posted March 25, 2010 This is the first time I'm hearing this problem, The phone vibrates when you pickup any call. Since when do you have this problem ? its not a problem its a safety precaution HTC uses.
Guest Dr. dre Posted March 26, 2010 Report Posted March 26, 2010 its not a problem its a safety precaution HTC uses. Dude what you are thinking is that 'the phone vibrates when we make a call and the other party picks it up' But here the problem is that when he receives a call as soon as he picks it, it vibrates.
Guest mifran Posted March 26, 2010 Report Posted March 26, 2010 This is the first time I'm hearing this problem, The phone vibrates when you pickup any call. Since when do you have this problem ? i have had this since purchasing it and rooting it and using mcr3.2 has not made any difference to it it actually vibrates when the conversation begins just a quick buzz mifran

If this doesn't help you then it's definitely a hardware problem.

Guest jbrizz Posted March 27, 2010 Report Posted March 27, 2010 This feature is entirely intentional. It's to indicate the phone has made the connection, and it's the point where you start getting billed. It does it when you place an outgoing call too.
