Where to buy HTC Parts

Anyone know of anywhere I can buy a digitizer and front screen for my Hero? I've been looking around and though there are plenty in on Ebay in Hong Kong, I'm a bit wary of the parts being counterfeit and either not working after disassembling my phone or being prone to damage due to being made of cheaper stuff. That and getting whacked by customs.

So, can anyone recommend anywhere?

Not in the UK, but I've had genuine parts shipped from http://cnn.cn before.

Thanks for those links, guys but I'm kinda hoping to find somewhere in the UK to get it, this would work out (at current rates) to be £60 (inc shipping) plus import tax AND the ridiculous handling fee that Royal Mail put on top. It'd end up being £80 by the time I've got it in my hand, which is more than I want to pay.

Perhaps I should get into the import export business!

Well you could simply go to a service center or send it to HTC branch in UK or something :) repair will cost you around £80 , i've asked in Poland its £92 so you should expect it in that range. So im guessing you want to replace if because of the scratch ?

Yeah, the scratch is killing me! If it costs the same to get HTC to do it for me as if I was going to do it myself I might as well get them to do it for me and keep my warranty! Their European Headquarters isn't that far away from me either so perhaps I could just go visit! ;)

I have no idea if it's reliable, but I found this on ebay when I was looking at changing mine (for the same reason :'( )

Yeah, I'd looked at that too. It doesn't seem to be branded or anything, there's no logo even. Makes me wonder if it'll work ok, if it'll have the Oleophobic Coating, etc.

Perhaps I should ask the seller about it...

That's good advice: "Buy once, buy well," as my Nan always said!

Apparently they're official HTC parts but are T-mobile branded, which I don't want.
