Custom Ingredient 'Must Have'

I would like help for myself and anyone else who would like to store the necessary data to add to the appropriate ROM (Desire, CM, 2.1, 2.2, etc.) to allow users to completely bypass the initial setup after flashing a 'Wipe First' ROM. :)

With the Nexus One being released by different carriers, the amount of ROMs available to us will soon be equal to the boom days of the G1.

A walk through or a 'How to' from a savvy dev would be greatly appreciated by myself and other members who use the Kitchen.
