Desire ROM easily crash

Anyone can tell me why?

From the day I flash the first Desire ROM A12 (Mar 8th) till now A17, I have been always (averagely once per week) encounter automatic cleaning cashe action.

Symptom:

1, It happens always after I enter the password (not over 8 times)

2, sometimes happen when I record big videos
