Guest chucky.egg Posted March 28, 2010 Report Posted March 28, 2010 Argh! The clocks went forward last night (or this morning, whenever) When my phone switched on it still held the correct times for my Google calendar, but then sync'd and stopped displaying one (and only one for some reason) of the calendars. I tried playing with the phone and calendar settings to get them back, but gave up eventually. I deleted the google calendars, and created new ones (with UK GMT +0 time zone), copied in the appts again. The iCal source says the correct Zulu times, but Google calendar and the phone now show the appts one hour ahead of where they should be (10:00 instead of 09:00) What settings should I have for the daylight savings changes to NOT screw my calendars up? Please, this is driving me nuts, and I don't want to have to go through it again later in the year!
Guest chucky.egg Posted March 28, 2010 Report Posted March 28, 2010 Ah, I think I've found it My main G calendar (I use separate calendars for everything, and the main one is always empty) now has the GMT (No daylight savingss) timezone set, and everything has move nack one hour - that includes what Google calendar thinks the current time is, but I can live with that. All my calendars are in the same place, it really feels like this ought to be easier and more obvious
