Hi Guys...

Just wondering is there any alternative Facebook widget available in the market, the official widget sucks big time.

Tried googling it but couldn't find anything.

Cheers

I use Bloo, much better than the official widget.

Although I use Bloo, it doesn't offer a widget similar to the official Facebook application.

It does give you a live folder, which contains links to all your Facebook friends' profiles, which can be handy.

So I've had a look around the Market, and there seems to be a few available, one of which is Babbler. The lite version is free, but doesn't have a home screen widget. The full version ($1.39) does however.

Another one is Facebook Plus. It's an ad-supported widget that's free (Ad-free version is $1.99), but the interface is lacking somewhat.

appreciate your efforts buddy and thanks for the reply, but in my opinion both Babbler and Facebook Plus lack in terms of widget interface.

I use executive assistant (has both an app and a widget) but unfortunately it only shows facebook statuses so you cant set your status but it has a lot of nice features

like calendar, sms, email, missed and received calls and twitter view

Its free but it contains ads but if you dont like ads the + version is $2.99

Thanks Richard, this app+widget really looks promising.
