Add a file that is not considered as a software to hard keys as a shortcut

Hi there (im sorry about my english)

i used to have a problem: how to activate bt in a quick way ?

and a member of this forum sent me a file

when i pressed the file the bt turned on

now i want to add it to one of my hard Buttons (where is the vol up/down)

Start > Settings > Personal > Buttons

and i can assign only software that is installed on the device

how can i add this file that located in my stoarge card ?

Second Question:

how can i make the check box "Make the device visible to other devices" always checked when the bt turned on ?
