n1 loading desire rom

I can load the normal rom - desire alpha 19 but when I try the rom. From the online kitchen it doesn't work. It flashes then tells me to restart using menu or vol. Once it restarts it goes to the droid with the arrow and open box screen. It restarts itself to recovery I reboot system then it goes to HTC brilliant quiet screen and keeps restarting to that screen.

I've tried wiping and tried without wiping does the same thing. Please help
