Apps on memory card.

There was a post here (I'm nearly certain it was here) that had instructions on how to set up your phone to copy all of your apps to your memory card rather than saving it on the system. I can't seem to find that post again. I tried searching but I couldn't find it there either. Also, does anyone know if this worked for the CDMA Hero?
