samsung i900 network key

I really searched everywhere before posting this email but couldnt solve my problem. I tried unlocking my omnia i900 for 3 days but no hope... i tried upgrading my phone from samsungs official website to 6.1 latest upgrade but it didnt work at first, then i read in a website that i needed to change my phones language by pressing some numbers.I did it as stated on that website and changed to singapore and downloaded the upgrade for singapore from samsungs official website, however everything went smooth till i had network key pin which i couldnt manage to unlock i tried all carrier's numbers i am not kidding lol... but nothing seems to work. before i upgraded my phone it was dxhk3 now its dxia5. i even tried changing the register version manually to dxhk3 didnt work... can you please help me with this issue i am trying to use this phone with my at&t usa carrier. thank you

Did anyone tried "gsmliberty" page for generating a code??? Does it matter if i use the code on a modded rom??? and do you have to buy new codes if you want to up/downgrade??? thank you
