Guest Piter1225 Posted March 31, 2010 Report Posted March 31, 2010 (edited) Liberated v1.4.2 by Piter1225 I joined LCR team, so there won't be next version of this ROM Video preview: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=jHiy7ehHKPk Features: * based on Acer LiquidE 0.010.00 bin * App2SD by Malez * multitouch * black bar * most of apps based on AOSP, multilang & optimized * 90 MB of RAM on startup, will go less during usage * HTC IME - very fast keyboard, with some multitouch support and multilang dictionary * Nexus One launcher with 5 pages * Liquid bootanimation * some 3rd party apps, which can be easily uninstalled * some stuff like ringtones, wallpapers * much more... I would like to thank: behnaam - always had time to answer my (stupid) questions, my main teacher angio - for providing 2.1 leak - without him any 2.1 ROM wouldn't be possible! eVil - for 2.1 leak & percent battery malez - for great reco and App2SD Edited May 9, 2010 by Piter1225

Guest da900 Posted March 31, 2010 Report Posted March 31, 2010 (edited) Nicelooking ROM and fast (as to YouTube video). Downloading it now. Thx for developing Liquid. P.S. Does Contacts in your ROM look like native Eclair (black) or like in 2.1 bin leak ROM (white&green with smartdialer function)? Edited March 31, 2010 by da900
Guest android76 Posted March 31, 2010 Report Posted March 31, 2010 thanks piter1225 !!! it's good to see more and more dev on liquid !!! i will try now ! (sorry for my very bad english)
Guest qzar51 Posted April 1, 2010 Report Posted April 1, 2010 (edited) Thank you for your work, Currently I am testing the rom and I find it very fast, yet the battery management should certainly be as on all other ROM 2.1 a priority in future release pending a new bin as the working basis. I continue to test, I return in more detail soon ... thank you again;) Edited April 1, 2010 by qzar51

Guest Piter1225 Posted April 2, 2010 Report Posted April 2, 2010 To select HTC IME u need to press longer in text field, than u get input select, and than choose touch input. If u want delete android keyboard, u need to use adb.
Guest qzar51 Posted April 2, 2010 Report Posted April 2, 2010 (edited) Ok, first return no push email (Gmail) autonomy in normal use far too short and with no push, wifi and GPS (like a difficult part of the day) Sense LWP unstable random lag (little) application stops responding randomly (little) General stability still too uncertain (example yesterday after a call, the phone lights are out and have switched back to remove the battery and back) :P Edited April 2, 2010 by qzar51
