Flash Sync issue with Alpha r20 cooked from kitchen

Hi,

I have cooked an Alpha r20 Desire Rom from the kitchen and I seem to be having problems while taking pictures.

Although the flash fires, the pictures look really dark.

Can anybody link to the known fixes ? or please provide suggestions.
