Changing boot animation

Does the first X count as the boot animation or is that not possible to change, as I have unlocked my bootloader but the padlock at the bottom is ugly and was wondering if i could get rid of it :P

no the x stays im sure there is a way to flash something but i think it has something to do with the spl. and you dont really want to mess that kind of stuff. but after the x its easy to change there are alot of apps to change it. and to let you know under you devices info on your profile it says nexus one (on order). you may wana change it just to let ya know :P

Ahh ok doesnt bother me that much I don't intend on turning it off very often.

okay haha you still dont have it :( thats to bad. i got mine about a week after i ordered it :/ processing takes forever!!! but i hope you enjoy your phone when you get it. u sure did lol. then i traded it for a hd2... big mistake...
