Constant Sync on N1 with cooked r21 rom

Hey guys I just flashed a cooked ROM from the kitchen and have had some sync issues. My phone appears to constantly sync all the time, at least the little sync icon will never go away. I have even gone to all the sync settings of my accounts(Google, Facebook, twitter, weather, and exchange none are actively syncing yet the sync icon is in the notification pane. I have even gone as far as to disabling automatic sync and disabling background sync and the icon still stays there. Is anyone else having or had a problem like this before?
