Bug: Sent messages saved to Sent Items ignoring menu option

SYMPTOM:

I have the "Save to Sent Item" option unchecked but it still saves messages to the 'Sent Items' folder.

Along with there not being a Delete All or Empty Folder option, this makes it a real pain to empty the folder.
