DEXT / CLIQ Unlock

As some of you may have seen the Motorola Dext is available for 149 via Orange UK. I'm currently on O2 and was wondering how easy is it to unlock this phone, and will all features work if I put in another providers SIM (Toying with moving O2 > T-Mobile).

I've had a T-Mobile Pulse which I unlocked and using a O2 sim, I'm still having problems with MMS - Other than than I'm happy.

Any comments would be useful.
