Man, do some search... :S BTW, check the roms of these chefs and decide: Steff, Phdee, OCK. My favourite chef is OCK, but decide which you want.

The new Premium build of OCK is currently one of the best ROMs you can get ;)

Honestly you have to just try them.

What may work for you may not work for another person.

I like Ryzzy's but am thinking about switching to Ock's or Steff's just to try it out.

SMS is not a priority at all for me.

I only the win6.5 for 4 reasons.

pocket uno

opera

news break lite (rss reader)

weather

and the occasional wifi usage overseas (skype)

i don't have a data plan so I don't use GPS or SMS at all.

These 4 are the best at the moment.

1. Ock - Speciality is his clear and eye pleasing icons and silky smooth touch features. Everything Ock does transform into something users have always wanted!!. Also, he has a brilliant ability to impress with his details be it rom announcement, or feature matrix or his customary replys to all users.

2. Nick - Speciality is his floTanium rom where Neo Titanium and Manila2D are cooked together, blazing speed, super touch and good assortment of frequently used apps. The best customer support chef in modaco for omnia as his answers to customers queries is so quick and to the point.

3. Steff - The first one to introduce any new updates from Microsoft, Very minimalistic and very user friendly roms, always prone for improvement.

4. PDhee - Super Touch and always the first to come up with the latest AKU's from Microsoft.

I just want to say the top 3 always improve their roms in terms of new features.. icons.. skins.. tweaks and what not..

question: with so many GPS applications that do not connect to net like IGO, NDRIVE, (unless you need them to...) why is it that you do not use GPS?

+1 this thing rom owns them all.

it isn't as eye-appealing as others, but hey, it does it's thing and is does it fast. themes, apps and backgrounds can be installed on all roms xD

Leap_ahead and joža

I was using Omnia WM 6.1 ROM DXIF1 build 21001 for a long time. The king of the wm6.1. roms. But you have to try one of the latest OCK creations. Fantastic roms. And it is not only to the appearance. The touch is better also. This may be due that I changed my digitizer recently ;) but overall I am very happy with OCK roms and my new digitizer.

definitely OCK's UL roms. Fast, stable and alot of free memory. Flashing with GP takes about 3 minutes and to install ALL the apps i need(and they are over 30), takes me about 1 hour. But it's worth. 145 Mb free and 58-60 mb ram free all the time. So, i think it's the best rom ever ;)

Everyone has an opinion, mate. You should test several different roms and find your own.

... for me OCK ROM too , but I don´t flash my Omnia with every new Build - I have 22004 M2Dv2 and this ROM is perfect for me , 123Mb Rom / 57Mb RAM ;) after flash. No bugs in this ROM So I stayed with her yet.Definitely recommend to try ROMS by OCK.
