Hey i found a tf3d on wqvga from incite forum. They have manilla 2.0 2.1 and 2.5... however we have to work somehow to work it for d3d.. Need devs because i don't know a thing from whta they are saying i their programmers language...

here are links to topics. Please register to see download links

if someone just make tf 3d use d3d driver instead of open gles we will have opened door to all versions of TF3d and sense versions. Just the m********ing driver problem...

If you know any devs, friends that know this stuff ,contact them and ask for help. With team work we can make it.

Maybe sector or someone else on modaco can give us a hand??

PS* I was very sceptic on this.... But hey!! :P Why shouldn't we just try... Maby some bounty, cudos for devs would make this topic hot and readable :(

How many times topics like this one are coming up... and how many times we're saying:

In i900s, we CAN'T HAVE M3D - NO 3D accelerator's support!

Try to understand things that are written. LG incite doesn't have 3d chip and tf 3d work. So answer to your post is. You'r wrong.

We ned a open gles driver or change tf3d to work with d3d...

No 3d chip needed...

However how big possibilities are, there is no interst on this topic. So my advice is to just delete those two topics or just close them so no one lese could post silly posts.

Thank you.

well, i am kind of pissed that the lg incite guys got developers to get "3d acceleration" to work and we can't.... sigh. Well, hopefully some interested i900 developer can make this happen. hey, Don Casio - try posting this in the Andromnia forums... the guys over there are developing, albeit slowly, but developing drivers etc.

I say there is no 3d chip... No 3d chip can be found on qvga or wqvga device. It's meanless.

though your wright that incite has quallcomm processor. But this is not a boarder. The problem is that incite has open gles 3d driver and omnia has direct 3d driver...

Problem is that tf3d runs but only with white squares...

Somebody needs to convert tf3d to use our d3d rather than open GL'es.

Since you believers ( ;) ) still thinking that a non-3D device (i900) can handle 3D graphics, I wish you my best wishes to make M3D running in i900s.

I've stop believe/want this, for a year by now.

Cheers and hope you didn't mad on me.

if you read some of the posts in the second link posted in the code box they discuss posting in a samsung omnia forum for help on the project and one of the developers pointed out that the incite uses opengl es and omnia uses directx. opengl es deals with hardware accelerated 3d...incite does have a 3d chip

It does dude, give it up.

Now someone close this thread. The Omnia i900 can't and will never run TouchFlo 3d, period. It barely runs Windows Mobile 6.5 and TouchFlo 2d without toppling over at some point or another. Aside from the graphic chip problem, the Omnia has almost no ram to run TouchFlo 3d, let alone run a program side by side.

LOL...U don't have any idea what you're talking about. Incite doesn't have 3d chip. Quallcomm porcessor does the magic with ati open gles software not 3d chip...

INCITE DOESN'T HAVE 3d chip just like lg ks20 (Lg ks20 does tf3d too)

BTW this thread is useless... No one bother. And for future use. Try to search in goolge and than write on forum...

Yea dude, please, your embarrassing yourself. The Omnia only has 100mb or so of accessible, 30mb of that is conserved by the Omnia. You should also learn that current HTC devices that run TouchFlo 3d have at least 256mb of ram. The Diamond released back in '08 had 192mb of ram and it ran TouchFlo 3d really bad and had some problems multitasking. That device had a graphics chip and it was the first iteration of TouchFlo 3d. The Omnia barely runs TouchFlo 2d without crashing at some point or another due to the ram no cleaning itself out.

Now, if you manage to get TouchFlo 3d working on the Omnia, I will apologize and donate $150 to you.

+1. I said it million times, this project (M3D for i900) is a nice "dream". If he'll made it, I'll apologize too.
