Mobile disconnects under copy/paste preasure?

I have problem with stability of connection btw my PC and i900:

If I leave mob connceted to PC and active sycn activated while doing nothing, everything is fine and link is constant

but it happens if I try to copy data from my mobile to my pc, that after a while of copying, the link just stopst to respond and the disconnects by itself... if i leave it for a while, after few minutes a link reconnects by itself buy if I want to reconnect immediately afret disconnecting, I have to unplung USB cable and plug it back again...

Cable is pluged into back USB socket (those that are directly on mobo) and all drivers for mob have been installed (I have managed to flash my mobo once, so all drivers must have been installed?). I have winXP and acive sync 4.5
