All about Windows Mobile?

Ok I have interests in learning more about Windows Mobile. Could you post me some links or anything about it. How it work files, how to edit customize. Why on win mo phones can't be installed other Operation systems and etc. Please post information tutorial and everything thank you ;)

you mean like development? then this is the place. Most of things you mentioned are there. Mostly things are very similar to PC so first get good knowledge of Windows for PC.

and for the last question the answer is very simple. it isn't opensource. porting IS generally possible to hardware that supports it, but you would have to buy whole OS licence which is VERY expensive.

Thanks a lot I will have a look at the site and start gaining information ;). The main part I am interested in is about the roms. I've been playing and customizing my phone from long time ago and there are many interesting things. But I want to build my rom. I've found many tutorials but they are li ke 1. 2. 3. ,do this, do that. and you don't know what are you doing just following the steps. That's why I want to get more familiar first with Windows Mobile and how it is working than with the inside of the roms so when I start development I will know a 100% what I am doing ;)

it's nice to see people that are ready to go into WM, everyone seems to like making things dumber these days(iCrap)

well with roms you aren't doing much you just put rom apart and delete all that you don't need than you add the things you like. so it's pretty much straightfoward, no big dela. It's to find perfect combination of all that people like. but omnia is mostly dead here becouse we don't have new updates. only samsung has acsess to source code of WM for omnia and can make huge changes to it and to us...
