Guest asbud Posted April 11, 2010 Report Posted April 11, 2010 first of all.. i really appreciate huzheyi's, daskalos's, ronald's and all the other chef on their great ROMs.. but everybody always making a lite or megalite ROMs that taking too long time to customize.. if not there's the full version ROM.. that are too heavy can anyone make a customized ROM like its a COOL looking yet FAST ROM? maybe a fast ROM with Manila2D or SPB Mobile Shell or titanizer skin, that have 3rd cool & fast SMS party application software.. (samsung's sms skin is taking to long time to write single sms, but the basic windows sms skin is too booring.. soo uncool) ;) just an idea btw.. ;)

Manila 2D and Titanizer can be cooked in the ROM, but for me it is somewhat exciting to customize things manually. It teaches some two or more WM system basics, tweaking, customizing etc. Also if you don't need them, it can be easily removed thus saving ROM space. 2. SPB Mobile Shell and other third party applications are not free products. I (and I think most cookers) do not advocate application piracy (though if you have minimum budget, google can help ;) ) 3. If you cook some 3rd party installation in the ROM, you will might have a problem updating them in the event that they release an update. I think why most people prefer WINMO devices than Iphone and Symbian, is because they can do much with it ;)
