flashing a rom without a USB connection !?

I have a problem that the usb Socket the sweet ALL IN ONE SOCKET is off I can't any more charge or plug my earphone and of course my USB connection to my pc to the phone.

I'm now charging my phone through an external battery charger and I have an additional battery

I'm asking CAN I FLASH A ROM on my phone without USB connection is there a way like bluetooth synncing can allow me to flash my rom or maybe there is an self exctraction rom file that can work from the phone itself !!!!

its possible on some htc devices, just put the image on the storage card and push some buttons to get the flashing to start, but its impossible on our omnias.

it was possible with an old belgian rom but since then never saw another one like that on.
