loop rebooting after flash some custom roms

unlocked and rooted Nexus One

flash custom rom via recovery 1.5.3

the google original rom (ERE27), nothing wrong

some custom roms, nothing wrong

some custom roms, nothing wrong while flashing, and reboot, but "crash" while the boot animation... then reboot, crash, reboot, crash. the only way to stop it is hold the trackball while rebooting, and re-flash another rom

Of course, wiped before flash.

Any Suggestion?
