[Request] Custom ROM based on the Official Middle East ROM

Hi All,

Acer recently released new Liquid ROM for the Middle East region which natively support Arabic, the ROM is excellent apart from 1 small problem, it doesn't include Android Market..

I've rooted the device and tried to manually install the Market app "vending.apk" but still getting cannot install error message

My question to our talented chefs here, Is is possible to create Custom ROM based on this ROM that's include everything the original ROM has but include the Market app as well ?
