Guest slfly Posted April 12, 2010 Report Posted April 12, 2010 I want to buy Motorola Milestone (because it is the only Android powered phone with keyboard + large screen), but the one of it's main drawbacks is just 256mb in contrast to 384/512mb in newest Android phones like Nexus one or so on. I believe that sooner or later the bootloader will be hacked so why not to look a little bit forward to future Android builds. So it would be very interesting to hear your opinion: is 256Mb RAM enough or it would be better to wait 512Mb powered phones in case of future Android's upgrading?
Guest grilledmonkey Posted April 14, 2010 Report Posted April 14, 2010 more RAM is always better ;) i have acer liquid with 256 RAM and snapdragon, and i can say that all application is flying if i'm right for android need 128 ram, for normal performance
