Can't Scroll After Hard-Reset

I reset my phone (i910) today because I messed up the registry without backing up *facepalm*. Now, for some reason, I can't scroll on anything that has the scroll bar (like the settings menu) using my finger, I have to move the scroll bar. Do any of you know how to fix it? Thanks in advance!
