My view is that it will be the acer.whatever for the larger countries in each Acer region (EMEA GEN / CUS, AAP....and any others).

So try the UK, Germany, Italy, Hong Kong and the US site. The US site may not be appropriate as the phone there uses different HSDPA frequencies (850 instead of 900).

Where else would they put it?
