Guest Bice Posted April 13, 2010 Report Posted April 13, 2010 So, the problem is the next: I want to watch videos on my Pulse, and I can, but I have an issue. I plug in my earphone, start the "videos" application, and select the video, and I press play. After this thing, the video stops after 1 second, and the music player starts. I have to open the music player and stop the music, and I have to return to the video player, to watch the video. I meet this issue every time, when I plug in my earphone and start the "videos" application. Any solution? Thanks, Bice

Thanks, Bice it's a well known bug here in the forum and among pulse users. unfortunately, we couldn't find any solution yet, so you can't do anything about it. however, if you can afford to buy a bluetooth stereo headset, the issue will get solved instantly. i know that it's not the best advice one can imagine, but bluetoooth headsets are very useful and cool even on their own so maybe it's worth it.
Guest xarxiusxiii Posted April 13, 2010 Report Posted April 13, 2010 I thought you could fix this by installing Autostarts (is that the name?) and disabling the media option... The app isn't free and you MIGHT need root access... XD

Solves the youtube app doing the same though: Workaround: (i had to figure this out by myself ;)) No need for root access Go into Settings > Applications > Find the music player app and clear the cache / user data. This will stop this from happening until you use the music player again.

By the way, I have root acces, otherwise, I couldn't install the MoDaCo ROM.

Thanks! ;) Auto starts should have an icon of a red sports car. It should open even if you don't have root access. If you bought it try re downloading it if you aquired it try another
