Apps2SD Error

I keep baking a Desire ROM with Apps2SD baked in, however, it never works. The apps keep going to my phone's memory. I have my SD card set up as 512 Swap Size, 1.5 GB EXT4. It's a 16GB card so I don't mind the extra size. But I have been playing around with the size and everything for a while, I get nothing. Anyone else have this error? Any fixes?
