bluetooth problem using internet sharing

i am having problems connecting to the internet using internet sharing using bluetooth. usb works fine for some reason the acces point on bluetooth menu on the computer not showing up everything is paired right my phone shows it paired dont know why its not showing up also using win7 thanks any help wotled be useful
