device storage eat up storage for no reason

just now i was installing a spb shell manager to add more widget,but after i open the .cab inside the .zip my phone tell me my device memory has gone low,but before that i know i still got like 10 mb of space.after that i try to find something to delete but all the thing inside device memory are small,why is that happening?can someone give me some guidance,pls?

Use cleantemp it cleaned to me like 70% of the used device memory google it and you will find it.

Your Opera cache can eat up your device memory and if you have a lot of PIM information(messages, missed call info) that will also take up space.
