Huawei will release Android2.1 before may,2010

Android update is needed ! Huawei will release Android2.1 before may,2010. Then all Huawei android smart phone end users could experience the strong functions of google android os.

I was in the Bolton T-Mobile an hour ago and he said it was not coming to the Pulse and the G1.

T-Mobile store staff should be considered to be clueless in all matters phone related, particularly Pulse.

I've been told its impossible to unlock them, even via T-Mobile, and that they run Windows Mobile OS.

Basically if one of these numpties tells you the sky is blue, you'll still need a second opinion.

2) Integrated Microsoft Exchange

3) Speech Recognition

Oh, thanks for that. That's actually pretty nice. I didn't think Speech Recognition would come to Pulse. All we need now is Multitouch capabilities! :huh:

i wonder if huawei realise were all sitting waiting for 2.1 and will probably judge them on how they deal with the issue. i know its the first huawei phone i or anyone i knows had and if 2.1 doesnt hurry up and come out it will be the last too.
