Request: Black bar with percentage battery 0.010.00 or some guide to do it...

Hi,someone can do the black bar notification with percentage battery for this new leak 0.010.00?Like the bar in the evil rom..I like this bar..and i hate the withe bar..

In this leak can not use the battery indicator for the percentage of battery because the LED sms stay on always...

Can anyone make this bar?

Or at least post a clear guide on how to do this mod?
