new rom

hello,

i have the omnia for long time, but i never upgraded the rom of it.

i'm not a pro with the mobile, and i'm afraid to do something wrong and brick it.

can anyone recommend me a good rom, and explain how to put it on?

my device version is:

pda: i900DTHJ9/DTHJ9

phone: i900XXHJ1

on my device, i'm using the really basic stuff like phone, GPS, camera, wifi and to play games, so i don't need something with many progs on it, just want it to be as fast as posible, and to support right-to-left writing.

i'm using vista, but id it's necessary i have also XP.

and plz, i need explanation for dummies.
