Reverting back to old ROM

Hi guys, I am flashing back to a stock ROM (Using Grandprix) all went well accept trying to install the phone part, the whole cycle runs nice and smoothly untill it it trys switching from USB to Phone it does that then opens the COM port successfully does that then fails and says Jump Fail any help please guys? I really need to revert back.
