kitchen: how about ram disk content

Hi all! I'm trying to cook my rom (italian language) following the instructions in the beautiful ock's guide to cook. I unpacked ock's 23653 premium to get a guideline for packages to be installed and the original italian rom to get samsung applications in italian language. In both cases I get a large "disk.bin" file (or something like that) that contains the files installed into the ram disk. I can't find any reference to this file into the kitchen: how it should be handled? Thank You!
