[URGENT BUG APNs] Please DEVs read this

Hi to all, i am an italian boy and i want ask to devs to change (please :huh: ) italian vodafone apn by default in their rom.

I mean:

NOW the BAD APNs are:

I have done a patch but it is better that they are corrected by default :blink:

I have ask this thing because If we (italian vodafone people) connect to internet with web.omintel.it we pay 4,16€ per minutes (yes, 4 EURO PER MINUTES)
