desire ringtone volume

newbie here hello to everyone

just jumped from nokia symbian to the android and im really loving it wish id done it earlier

my volume of the ringtone level just doesnt seem loud enough even with the stock tones included and my own mp3s at 89.1db

settings on the phone are set at the highest.

what are other desire users opinions on the ringtone volume

You turned off "quiet ring on pickup" option?

Allot of people are finding that even just walking can confuse the phone into thinking its been noticed and picked up and heavily reduces the ring volume

Also, if you want it even louder; you'll have to wait for root and install louder volume hack.
