Backup settings only (with Apps2SD)

Hi guys,

I currently run Modaco 3.2 together with Apps2SD. Now I want to experiment with some 2.1 ROMs and would like to do a backup before. Because I have the apps on the SD card it should be sufficient to only back up the settings and not the whole apps. But Titanium Backup seems to offer no batch operation to do this. So is there a way to do this with Titanium Backup or is there a better tool?
