Guest vi3wmi Posted April 28, 2010 Report Posted April 28, 2010 The *Use 2G Only* checkbox is there but what about the 3G? Is it possible to get it back? Using LCR 4.1 Thanks in advance!

Guest sede Posted April 28, 2010 Report Posted April 28, 2010 (edited) There was a widget in the market -if I remember well- about switching 3g on/off, maybe you could make a try with it. Edited April 28, 2010 by sede

You know the name of this app? What i know there is just widgets that is like a shortcuts to the setting page where you can change, and now when the 3G checkbox is gone these shortcuts are useless. On HTC Legend (which has 2.1) there is a setting for 3G only, so there should be some way too get it on the Liquid too.

Guest dise Posted April 30, 2010 Report Posted April 30, 2010 (edited) Download the program any cut from the market. Once installed run it and choose new shortcut - phone info.this will create a widget shortcut in your desktop. Click it and choose wcdma only. That should fix it. Edited April 30, 2010 by dise

If someone could indicate how to make one "3g only" shortcut I would appreciate a lot.
Guest dise Posted May 2, 2010 Report Posted May 2, 2010 I'm on 2.1 (lcr) Look through the long list, its there. You will find the link under "New Shortcut" -> "Activity" -> "Phone Info".
