How can I stop Vodaphone Answer Phone?

Herea a quicky..... Vodaphone answer phone keeps cutting in and recordin messages - dont want this.... how can I disable it for good?

Tried it and it worked (put it in as a contact now so that I can remember it)

Dont know of any other number to ring vodaphone to get help except 2345 ( no human possible) do you know how to ring them for help?
