wi-fi tether- not working on my desire

hallo there!

please help! I'm desperately trying to add wi-fi tethering capabilities to my desire to use it with my iPad.

Actually I did everything to root the phone.

and the result was good.

I installed a couple of different software, but dhch is not working properly on my ipad.

any suggestion?!?
