I'm not sure about that. Since both run the same hardware, and we don't need a carrier to add anything, it'd be a simple ROM dump from the liquid E for us A1 owners. I just can't imagine anything holding us from getting the 2.1 ROM once the Liquid E is released. Actually usually the software will be ready before the physical shipment times to retailers. For other phones the update is later because carriers have to approve, and deploy through their Over-The-Air update system, and that usually causes delays.
