Clean rom with canvas home screen

To be honest I loved the canvas home screen. It was better thought out than that of htcs sense ui In the fact that you had 5 home screens + that could be accessed in one swipe. (But not in any other easy :huh:)

However it would seem that if you install the tmobile custom rom you lose a lot of functionality and you get compatibility problems with many apps.

Would it be possible to make a hybrid rom combining the best of both custom roms?

What do you think of the idea? Would you use it?
