Cant send files over bluetooth

Just discovered I can't send files over bluetooth to my PC, dunno if this was happening before root, can anyone check this please?

have you gone to Bluetooth settings>Advanced settings and turned on FTP server?

i test on mine now then re-edit this post, but i had problems with it before i rooted my device and i even noobish enough to send a bug report to HTC in the end it turned out to be avast anti virus which was blocking the blue tooth transfer.

works OK. on windows 7 x64 rooted HTC desire, with avast anti virus turned off.
