Power Button Error

Hi, I have a problem with my power button but not sure if its hardware or software related, because everytime i press it i can see in Dalvik that its being registered. yet i get the error message:

05-03 18:46:19.015: ERROR/Database(713): Failure 1 (table IGNORELIST already exists) on 0x48bbc0 when preparing 'create table IGNORELIST (_id integer, appname text, packagename text not null, version text, imageid integer not null);'.

I'm not sure if this is what is causing the problem and if theres anyway for it to be easily fixed
