How to remove keyguard password if exchange account enable

Guys,

Is there any way that i can remove keyguard password if i have exchange account enable which force to enable keygaurd,

i found and app should work for hero and milestone, http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=655649

however it's not working with my desire , any idea how can i remove the keyguard on desire?

Lockpicker will disable the policy password, working properly on my desire.
